The company

Every site starts
with what lies beneath.

Asad AlMajal Company coordinates civil and electromechanical work from site preparation through completion. That means planning the visible site and its underlying services together, from park landscapes to water, irrigation and sewerage networks.

Our capabilities

What we build.

Explore the work that goes into preparing, connecting and maintaining a site.

Infrastructure & Civil Works

Site preparation and civil construction coordinated with utility routes and the wider construction sequence.

Landscape & Irrigation

Parks, planting and outdoor spaces delivered alongside the irrigation, drainage and lighting they depend on.

Water, Sewerage & Drainage

Water supply and firefighting networks, sewerage lines and stormwater systems integrated with the site.

Roads & Site Development

Excavation, grading, base preparation, asphalt paving and pavements shaped by traffic and site requirements.

Electromechanical Works

Electrical, telecom and lighting works, with mechanical and electrical systems coordinated with civil construction.

Operations & Maintenance

Routine, preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, facilities and infrastructure assets.

Anatomy of a site

Beneath
the surface.

A road, a landscape and the networks serving them share the same ground. Separate the layers to see where those systems meet.

What guides our work

Precisionin every layer.

Quality and safety depend on what happens at each stage. We plan the sequence, coordinate trades and monitor work against the project’s specifications.

Our approach

From ground
to handover.

Planning, construction and field monitoring follow one sequence so each discipline is ready for the work that follows.

  1. Understand & plan

Establish the site conditions, technical requirements and work sequence.

  2. Prepare & coordinate

Prepare access and align civil works with utilities and specialist trades.

  3. Execute & monitor

Track progress in the field and check work against project specifications.

  4. Complete & deliver

Finish the connections and bring the site’s individual systems together.

Infrastructure insights

Field notes.

What makes a park work below ground?

Irrigation routes follow the layout and water needs of the planting. Coordinating them with drainage, lighting and external works helps the finished landscape operate as one site.

Why do site levels matter to drainage?

Levels affect how runoff reaches inlets and drainage lines. Those routes need to fit the road layout and other utility networks so water can drain without collecting on the site.

Where do civil and utility works meet?

Site preparation creates access and routes for network installation. Coordinating those routes and their connection points with civil works helps prevent clashes during construction.
